A Message From ArtGolf Founder, Philo Northrup

ArtGolf started as a "Demolition Croquet Course" in 1987, which evolved into ArtGolf. In 1989 we exhibited at LACE, Los Angeles Contemporary Exhibitionsr The response was phenomenal and ArtGolf was profiled in the Wall Street Journal, NPR, lots of TV channels and lots of newspapers, some of which you can see here.

We continued with annual exhibitions for two more years but unfortunately, many copycat miniature golf exhibitions sprung up around the country. ArtGolf is a registered trademark but we didn't want to spend all our time in court so our focus moved on to ArtCars.

The Maker Faire has brought ArtGolf back, and it's better than ever thanks to the design & construction skills of the Because We Can team. ArtGolf won more awards than any other exhibit at Maker Faire 2007 and we can set up a course for you!
